      The key take away from the session last week was: Expectation management! To prevent volunteer burn out and to prevent having volunteers not fulfill on their commitments, what are we communicating to them at the start? Are we also getting a sense of what they are expecting from the experience?

      What are you doing on your board to address these issues?
